In my industrial design elective we were asked to create a flatpack chair that consisted of less than 5 parts, my group designed 5th degree. Our design was to create something that was designed well but also comfortable, hence the reason for some slight changes in the angles on the arms and seat back.
This Project even won us a highly commended at the ECC nz student craft/design awards in the furniture design section and was on show at the dowse art museum afterwards.
