This year we were given the first semester of our honours year to research a topic, with the opportunity to respond to that research during our second semester. I chose to research the new MLE classrooms in New Zealand and what they mean for our kiwi kids. I spent my semester talking to parents, teachers and researchers so that I could make informed design decisions. These led me to find some design opportunities, that I will continue to explore throughout the rest of the year.
